Surviving the Shaking - A Declaration of Recommitment & Victory

Heavenly Father, Most High God,

I come before You in the mighty name of Jesus. I thank You that You kept me, guarded me, and sustained my faith through a grueling season of intense sifting, shaking, and spiritual warfare. What the enemy meant for my destruction, I thank You that You are turning around to strengthen me for what is to come.

LORD, I confess that this season exposed areas of gullibility, naivety, and vulnerability in my thought life. I ask for Your forgiveness for the times I gave a foothold to deceiving and lying voices, agreed with panic and fear, or allowed confusion to dictate my actions. I wash those moments clean right now in the precious blood of Jesus.

Thank You, LORD, for using this fire to refine me as pure gold. Though the heat was intense, I thank You that You sat as the Goldsmith over my life, skimming away the dross of my vulnerabilities. Let this process reveal the reflection of Jesus in me, opening my eyes to see the pain of others, and creating within me a deeper love and compassion for those who are hurting.

Right now, by the authority delegated to me as a child of God, I officially close the door on that summer season of warfare.

I break, sever, and shatter every legal assignment of deception, panic, fear, and confusion that was sent against my life. I command every lingering voice that is not of the Holy Spirit to leave my mind, my body, and my atmosphere immediately and permanently. You have no legal right to speak to me, tempt me, or replay past failures in my head.

LORD Jesus, I recommit my life, my mind, my heart, my ears, and my eyes to You today. I ask that You place Your double canopy of prayer and protection over me - Jesus interceding for me in heaven, and the Holy Spirit guiding me from within as my Advocate.

I love You, LORD, and I stand completely assured that nothing in all creation can ever separate me from Your love, mercy, and grace. Anchor me firmly in Your Word and truth, and restore to me the joy of my salvation.

Transform my gullibility into absolute spiritual wisdom and razor-sharp discernment. Give me the grace to instantly test every spirit against Your written Word. Let Your peace, which surpasses all human understanding, stand guard over my heart and my mind from this day forward.

I declare that the shaking is over, the chaff has been blown away, and I come forth as pure gold - firmly anchored on the rock of Jesus Christ.
